"The idea of studying abroad as an adult was really fun! I could tell that I would really enjoy Kristin's approach and the other people who would be drawn to the trip. Also, I had never been to Mexico or heard of San Miguel de Allende, and the idea of going somewhere totally unfamiliar with a knowledgable host was exciting.

I appreciated the thoughtful planning and warmth of Kristin, her family, and the other participants. This is the first time I've traveled with a group of people I did not know at all, and the experience could not have been lovelier. Because I can never choose just one thing, I also have to say that I enjoyed that we were able to have really authentic local experiences. Kristin and her team did such a great job selecting those. The small group and personal touches were incredible. I feel like I got to know everyone and came away with new friends.

Kristin is the most warm and gracious host. When I travel with my family, I am always the planner - finding where we will stay and planning/booking all of the activities. On this trip, I just showed up and each day was filled with incredible adventures and down time too when we needed it. The balance between business focused workshops and activities was really nice too. I was feeling kind of sad when I got on the plane to leave because I had such a magical experience. I also felt really inspired, happy, and at ease. I wish I had found these trips sooner! I've already booked another and I am sure it will not be my last."

"I love to travel and see new places. After having a baby in 2020 and madness of Covid I was feeling ready to get back out and explore on my own. I wanted to be surrounded by other creative business owners, and bounce ideas off of them. Mostly wanted to get some inspiration from having some solo time in a new beautiful place.

On the trip there was a really good balance of workshopping and adventures. I went into this feeling pretty confident in my business and just looking to get feedback on a few ideas I’d been meaning to implement. A lot of the trip was focused more inward on self discovery- coming back to the person you are deep down and examining how your business fits in with who you are and what you really want to get out of life.
