Find 10 people to thank today.
- Go out and buy yourself a gratitude journal if you don’t already have one. Find a book that speaks to you. On the first page, write 10 things you’re grateful for in your life. Start including this in your daily practice before you start working.
- Take time to be publicly and privately grateful. Message 3-10 people that you’ve worked with and tell them you’re grateful for them and something specific you’re thankful for them about.
- On IG: Publicly thank someone you’ve worked with- shout-out on IG highlighting something they do great or something you appreciate about them
